When visiting Bletchley Park FC, you will find a poster containing a QR code. All club players/officials and supporters should use the NHS test & trace app to scan this QR code to register your attendance. If, for any reason, this is not possible, you will be asked to provide details of everyone in attendance, including a declaration that nobody in attendance is experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 or has been in contact with anyone displaying symptoms. You can use our template, which can be downloaded using the following link:
Entry to the social club will require you to scan a separate QR code. Please treat the outdoor playing area and indoor bar area as two separate areas and scan one, or both accordingly.
Whilst the risk assessment should be shared with all players, management & supporters, we would like to highlight some basic points:
-Dugouts will be positioned on opposite sides of the main pitch at the Scots Club. Anyone associated with the away team should remain on the FAR TOUCHLINE (furthest from the changing room) for the duration of the game.
-CHANGING FACILITIES ARE OUT OF USE AT THIS TIME. THIS INCLUDES SHOWERS. Access to a covered, outdoor area is available directly behind the bar. Use of this area will require you to scan the social club test & trace QR code.
-An appointed officer will be in attendance at every game.
